I had a fantastic experience at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. The atmosphere was perfect for a summer getaway, with scenic views and plenty of outdoor activities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Brooke and Kathy, who made my stay memorable. While the dining options were limited during the week, I appreciated being able to cook in my room. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, though a few minor upgrades would enhance the experience even more.

Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The mountain views were stunning, and the nearby hiking trails provided great outdoor experiences. However, the condition of the rooms really let us down, feeling outdated and poorly maintained. The dining options were limited, which was disappointing when we expected more variety.

The rooms were quite large but unfortunately very outdated. Upon arrival, I noticed a missing lamp, making the space feel dark, and overall, everything seemed worn out.

While there were some friendly staff members, overall service was inconsistent and often felt subpar. We encountered unhelpful attitudes from front desk personnel.

The location is ideal for skiing, being right next to the lift, but the way it’s set up requires a lot of stairs, which was underwhelming for us.

Facilities like the indoor pool were nice but felt small for the number of guests, especially during peak times.

The staff really went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, particularly at the front desk, where they helped with everything from ski passes to local attractions. The indoor pool and hot tub were lovely additions to our downtime, although the dining options were quite limited. It’s a fantastic spot for outdoor activities, especially skiing, but the resort could use some updates to improve the room experience.
